Yes. Grapeline offers scheduled pickups only, so reservations are required. Please book online or contact a reservations agent at +1-951-693-5755 as soon as you have determined your tour date and pick-up location.
Grapeline offers departures from most local hotels and may offer a few out-of-the-area pickups for a different rate.
It really depends on the tour you choose. Grapeline offers shared and private tours, typically lasting 4 to 6 hours, depending on the tour and region of your choice. Please note, private tour timings can be adjusted according to your preference; conditions apply (nothing unreasonable).
Grapeline partners with local wineries in Temecula, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Napa Valley and Sonoma to craft an itinerary that considers entertainment, crowding, and other factors to enhance your experience. If you have a specific winery in mind, request it when booking. While not all requests are guaranteed, we do our best to accommodate them. Your host will ensure an unforgettable day in wine country with the best stops possible.
Most wineries serve 4 to 6 one ounce pours of different wines you select from their menu. After visiting a few wineries, these seemingly small tastings begin to add up, making it very important to have a designated driver.
Customers often provide gratuities at their discretion to their host at the end of the tour as a personal "thank you" for a job well done. Typically, it's around 15% per person for shared tours. Private wine tour bookings are all-inclusive, covering services, gratuity for your Grapeline driver/host, and all applicable taxes and fees. Any additional gratuity for exceptional service is optional. Gratuities for the wine stewards at each winery are not included and are at your discretion.
Absolutely! The best way to support local wineries is by taking home a few bottles. With Grapeline, you may even receive exclusive savings on your purchases. If you're traveling, the winery might be able to ship your order directly to you.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to receive a
Grapeline wine tour gift certificate

A gift certificate for the full value can be e-mailed to be used toward any future
Grapeline services (no expiration) OR a refund can be issued, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
Grapeline charges full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of a
scheduled tour. We know this can be tough, but our team needs time to communicate with
many different sources already committed.
