Our adventure begins at Carter Estate Winery and Resort, a gem in the heart of Temecula. Here, you'll indulge in their meticulously crafted sparkling wines, produced using the true champagne method, Méthode Champenoise. Carter Estate's commitment to excellence makes it the perfect starting point for our day, setting a high standard with bubbles that dance on your palate.
Next, we'll visit Masia de la Vinya Winery, where the charm of Spanish influence meets the lush landscapes of Temecula. Prepare your taste buds for a culinary delight as brunch will be masterfully prepared by Savage Chef Dylan Soro. In April 2024, Oak Mountain will begin offering distillery tours, and our visit will be among the first to experience their tour.
